Korach 38-3

Shaved

Numbers 16:20 – 43 (16:20 – 17:8 Heb)

"Say to the assembly, 'Move away from the tents of Korah, Dathan and Abiram.' "

Num. 16:24 NIV

Can we have a relationship with the rebels?

The Eternal wanted to destroy the entire congregation of Israel because of the rebellion of Korach and his group. All of Israel was infected by the rebellious words, and they came in favour of Korach. Moshe's intercession made the Eternal spare the rest of the people - but on one condition: that they move away from the rebels. The three rebellious men were singled out by name so that everyone would know who they were.

In Titus 3:10-11 it's written: "Warn a divisive person once, and then warn him a second time. After that, have nothing to do with him. You may be sure that such a man is warped and sinful; he is self-condemned."

Don't get together with the rebels because you could become contaminated and take part in the judgment that comes upon them. Move away from them. Don't listen to them. Don't let yourself be fooled by their truth-touched-up lies. Flee for your life.

Blessings,

Ketriel
